Logistea AB has signed new lease agreements for nearly 11,000 square metres of logistics space in Bor's and Ljungby, reinforcing its presence in key Swedish logistics markets. The leases were concluded during the past week and align with the company's focus on warehouse and light industrial assets. The move supports Logistea's strategy of improving occupancy and securing stable rental income amid a subdued property transaction market. Bor's and Ljungby continue to see steady tenant demand due to their strong connectivity and industrial relevance.
Logistea AB has signed new lease agreements covering nearly 11,000 square metres of logistics space across two Swedish cities, strengthening its portfolio in key regional markets. The leases were finalised during the past week and relate to properties located in Bor's and Ljungby, both of which are established hubs for logistics and light industrial activity.
The company stated that the newly leased areas are intended for logistics-related use, in line with Logistea's core focus on warehouse, distribution, and light industrial properties. Bor's continues to attract occupiers due to its strong textile and logistics base, while Ljungby has seen steady demand driven by its location and access to major transport routes.
Logistea has been actively working to increase occupancy across its portfolio through new leasing and extensions with existing tenants. In recent quarters, the company has focused on stabilising income streams amid a cautious market environment, prioritising long-term leases and creditworthy tenants. The latest agreements add to this strategy and support recurring rental income from its Swedish assets.
The company has earlier highlighted that leasing activity remains an important driver of value creation, especially as transaction volumes in the broader property market remain muted. By securing additional tenants in established locations, Logistea aims to maintain steady cash flows while continuing to optimise its asset base.
