Crest Urban Living Private Limited, a subsidiary of Crest Ventures Limited, has signed a strategic joint development agreement with Vensco Group to develop 'Crest Golfshire', billed as Mumbai's largest golf course-facing luxury mixed-use residential project, in Chembur.

The project is located on Golf Course Road, directly opposite the historic Bombay Presidency Golf Course, and spans approximately 2.7 acres or about 11,000 square metres. With an estimated gross development value of nearly INR 1,850 crore, Crest Golfshire is expected to emerge as one of the most prominent luxury residential developments in Mumbai's eastern suburbs.

The development will unlock close to 5 lakh square feet of saleable area and will comprise premium 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences. The homes are designed with vastu-aligned layouts, offering carpet areas of around 1,042 sq ft for 3 BHK units and up to about 2,000 sq ft for 4 BHK units. Construction has commenced, and the project is registered under MahaRERA, with possession timelines aligned to prevailing market expectations.

Planned as a golf course-oriented gated community, Crest Golfshire will offer uninterrupted green views and a nature-integrated living environment, a rarity in Mumbai's luxury housing segment. The project will feature a range of lifestyle amenities including a modern gymnasium, sky lounge, clubhouse, landscaped gardens, children's play areas and advanced security systems.

Vijay Choraria, Managing Director of Crest Ventures Limited, said the project represents a new phase in Mumbai's luxury residential evolution, extending premium living beyond traditional locations such as South Mumbai and Worli. He added that the combination of green views, connectivity and social infrastructure positions Chembur as a future luxury hub.

Crest believes the project is well-timed to benefit from major infrastructure upgrades such as the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, Coastal Road, metro expansion and improved links to Navi Mumbai. With strong connectivity via the Eastern Freeway and SCLR, Chembur is increasingly attracting demand from high-end homebuyers seeking long-term value appreciation.
