Piramal Realty has launched its Design Led, Delivery Focused campaign, reinforcing the link between thoughtful design and disciplined execution. The campaign showcases the company's completed projects, including India's second tallest residential tower at Piramal Aranya, panoramic residences at Piramal Mahalaxmi, Thane's first ISKCON temple within Piramal Vaikunth, and homes near Sanjay Gandhi National Park at Piramal Revanta. With over 4,200 homes delivered in the last two years, the campaign emphasizes functional design, usability, and reliability. It marks a shift from promoting under-construction properties to celebrating fully realized developments.
Piramal Realty, a prominent luxury real estate developer in Mumbai, recently introduced its corporate campaign, Design Led, Delivery Focused, emphasizing that thoughtful design and disciplined delivery are inseparable aspects of the brand. The campaign conveys that meaningful architectural design is conceived with execution in mind, and successful delivery ensures that the original design intent is realized. According to the company, great design goes beyond visual appeal and focuses on the purposeful use of space to enhance daily living experiences.
This philosophy has shaped several key developments across Mumbai. Piramal Aranya in Byculla features India's second tallest residential tower, while Piramal Mahalaxmi offers residents panoramic racecourse views. Thane's first ISKCON temple has been integrated within the residential community at Piramal Vaikunth. Piramal Revanta in Mulund provides homes adjacent to the city's largest green cover, Sanjay Gandhi National Park. Additionally, Piramal Agastya in Kurla comprises a modern corporate park and office spaces. These projects reflect a design approach centered on usability, longevity, and lived experience.
Over the past two years, the company has delivered more than 4,200 homes across 21 towers, covering over 6.2 million sq. ft. of developed area, highlighting a consistent record of execution.
Abhijeet Maheshwari, CEO of Piramal Realty, mentioned that design in real estate is often discussed as an aspirational concept, but the company aims to focus on tangible outcomes. He explained that design excellence is meaningful only when it is responsibly executed and experienced by residents. The campaign reflects the company's view that smart design and disciplined delivery must coexist, as true excellence is proven in completed projects rather than in imagination alone.
The campaign employs a bold visual language across outdoor and digital platforms, featuring a distinctive ribbon motif that represents honoring commitments with care and discipline. Instead of focusing on under-construction properties, the campaign highlights completed and functional developments, reinforcing the message that Piramal Realty's reputation is built on delivery rather than future promises.
In an industry largely driven by new launches and projections, Piramal Realty's approach is distinctive, centering its narrative on spaces that are thoughtfully designed and fully delivered. The company emphasizes that trust in real estate grows from enduring, functional design and consistent delivery, rather than announcements or plans.
