The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has opened registrations for its new premium housing project, Narmada Apartment, in Gomtinagar Extension. The project will offer 300 luxury 3BHK flats with study rooms and 12 penthouses. Prices start at INR 1.4 crore for flats and INR 2.8 crore for penthouses, with flexible payment plans over 36 months. The complex will include modern amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, children's play area, and ample parking. Construction is expected to be completed in about three years, with possession in five years.

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced a new residential project in Gomtinagar Extension called Narmada Apartment. The development will feature 300 luxury flats designed as 3BHK units with a study room and 12 large penthouses. Registrations for the project began earlier this week and will continue on the official LDA website. Allotments will be decided through a lottery system, ensuring transparency for prospective buyers.


Applicants are required to pay a registration fee of 5% of the property cost, while reserved category applicants pay half the amount. Each flat is designed to be approximately 2,100 square feet, with prices starting at INR 1.4 crore. The penthouses are larger, around 4,000 square feet, with prices beginning at INR 2.8 crore. LDA officials noted that buyers have the option to pay in 36 monthly instalments, with a small discount for early full payments.

The project will include several modern amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, children's play area, landscaped parks, and parking for over 500 vehicles. Commercial shops are also planned within the complex to cater to residents daily needs. The project layout has been designed keeping in mind adequate open spaces and connectivity for easy movement.

Narmada Apartment will be located adjacent to LDA's existing Rapti Apartment on G20 Road. The area is well connected to Shaheed Path, Ekana Stadium, and the Police Headquarters. The total estimated cost for construction is INR 330 crore. Officials expect construction to finish in about three years, with possession likely two years after completion.

This project builds on LDA's strategy of expanding premium housing options in Lucknow, especially in areas with growing residential demand like Gomtinagar Extension. Over the past few years, the area has attracted developers and homebuyers due to its infrastructure, planned amenities, and connectivity to key parts of the city. By offering high-end flats with modern facilities and transparent allotment processes, LDA aims to cater to the city's evolving housing needs while maintaining fair access for buyers.
