Proptech platform Houssed.com has expanded its footprint to 33 cities across India, strengthening its position in the country's rapidly digitising residential real estate market. The platform now hosts more than 50,000 verified property listings and has facilitated transactions worth over INR 100 crore, signalling growing adoption among both homebuyers and developers. The company works with over 10,000 developers and operates through a network of 500 trained associates to support buyers across markets. Houssed.com plans to extend operations to 10 additional cities in the next phase of growth, alongside investments in artificial intelligence-led tools aimed at improving data accuracy, transparency and property discovery. The expansion reflects increasing demand for verified, technology-driven platforms in India's real estate ecosystem, particularly beyond the top metropolitan markets.
Houssed.com has expanded its operations to 33 cities across India, marking a key milestone in its national growth strategy as demand rises for transparent and verified real estate platforms. The proptech firm said it now features more than 50,000 verified property listings and has facilitated property transactions valued at over INR 100 crore, underscoring its increasing traction among homebuyers and developers.
The company operates in collaboration with more than 10,000 developers nationwide and connects customers through a network of 500 trained associates, who provide local market insights and on-ground support. According to the company, the expansion is aligned with growing customer preference for platforms that prioritise verification, accountability and end-to-end service delivery in India's estimated USD 500 billion real estate market.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer Utsav Ladiwala said the company's focus has been on organising the real estate discovery and buying process around customer trust. He noted that verifying every listing, investing in associate training and offering integrated services had helped simplify and secure the home-buying journey. The expansion to 33 cities, he added, reflected market readiness for a trusted, national-scale digital real estate brand.
Houssed.com follows a technology-led model that combines listing verification, immersive digital discovery and professional accountability. Each property undergoes a multi-layer verification process before being listed on the platform. Buyers are offered features such as immersive video walkthroughs, real-time project comparisons and direct engagement with associates. The platform positions itself as brokerage-free for buyers and also assists with price negotiations, home loan facilitation, legal due diligence, vastu consultation and interior design services.
As part of its next phase of growth, the company plans to enter 10 additional cities and deploy artificial intelligence-driven verification and discovery engines. These tools are intended to further improve data accuracy, enhance transparency and strengthen trust across the housing ecosystem.
Co-founder Yogesh Garg said the company's growth strategy was centred on scaling without compromising accountability. He stated that Houssed.com aimed to build an ecosystem where both properties and professionals remain answerable to customers, rather than merely aggregating listings.
The company reported strong traction in markets such as Pune, Thane, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad, alongside increasing activity in Tier-II cities including Indore, Lucknow and Coimbatore. More than a quarter of new listings now originate from emerging clusters outside the top eight metropolitan regions, highlighting rising demand for digital-first and verified property discovery across smaller cities.
