The awards, which honoured excellence across 26 categories, recognised Agami Realty among visionary developers for integrating innovation, sustainability and long-term impact into residential development. Chosen from more than 800 nominations and evaluated through an independent and rigorous assessment process, the recognition underscores Agami Realty's commitment to delivering high-quality housing in the affordable segment. The developer's philosophy centres on the belief that well-planned, sustainable homes should be accessible without compromising on dignity, comfort or functionality.
Located in Boisar, Agami Sapphire is spread over a two-acre parcel and comprises efficiently designed 1 and 2 BHK residences.
