Spread across nine acres, the resort offers 135 rooms, multiple event venues, wellness-focused amenities and curated dining options. The opening also marks Marriott International's 200th property in India. The project strengthens Jaipur's appeal as a leisure and business destination while signalling Manglam's long-term focus on premium hospitality and destination-led developments.
Manglam Group, one of Rajasthan's leading real estate developers, has expanded its portfolio into the hospitality sector with the opening of The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa, a super-luxury destination resort located at Kant Kalwar on the foothills of the Aravalli range. The launch marks Manglam's first hospitality project and signals a strategic diversification beyond residential and mixed-use real estate development.
The resort has been developed under Manglam Spa and Resorts, the Group's dedicated hospitality vertical, with an investment of approximately INR 300 crore. It serves as the anchor asset within Manglam's broader INR 1,000-crore hospitality investment plan, which is focused on building a diversified portfolio spanning super-luxury hotels, wellness-oriented resorts and serviced hospitality formats. The opening also carries wider significance for the hospitality industry, as it represents Marriott International's 200th operational property in India.
Spread across nine acres, The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa offers 135 guest rooms and seven dedicated venues for social, corporate and destination-led events. The resort has been designed with sustainability as a central theme, blending Balinese-inspired architecture with locally sourced materials, natural finishes and ecologically sensitive landscape planning.
Facilities include the WestinWORKOUT Studio, outdoor movement and fitness zones, dedicated cycling and jogging tracks, and the Heavenly Spa by Westin, which offers curated therapies and restorative treatments. The food and beverage offering ranges from wellness-forward all-day dining concepts to destination-led Indian cuisine and relaxed lounge formats, balancing nutrition with indulgence.
Commenting on the launch, N K Gupta, Chairman of Manglam Group, said the Group's entry into hospitality was a natural progression after building a strong real estate legacy in Rajasthan. He added that the Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa reflects Manglam's ambition to create globally benchmarked assets that enhance Jaipur's positioning as a destination for leisure, business travel and large-format events, while also marking an important milestone for Marriott International in India.
Amrita Gupta, Director of Manglam Group and Chief Executive Officer of Manglam Spa and Resorts, said the opening represents the start of a long-term vision to establish Manglam as a recognised name in premium and super-luxury hospitality. She noted that the partnership with The Westin brings international hospitality standards, refined wellbeing experiences and world-class design to Jaipur, with several additional hospitality projects already in the development pipeline.
Beyond The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa, Manglam is also developing more than 200 serviced apart'otel units under the Fern Habitat brand at Pinkwalk, Jagatpura, strengthening its serviced-stay portfolio within a mixed-use ecosystem. In addition, two more hospitality projects are in active planning stages, including a resort-led concept and an urban hotel format aimed at addressing both leisure and business travel demand. Together, these developments form the foundation of Manglam Group's long-term hospitality roadmap and its ambition to position Jaipur as a hub for diverse, world-class stay experiences.
