Mahindra Lifespaces has launched Mahindra Blossom, a premium residential development in Whitefield, Bengaluru, with a gross development value of around INR 1,900 crore. Mahindra Lifespaces has unveiled Mahindra Blossom, a premium residential project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, with an estimated gross development value of about INR 1,900 crore. This development reinforces the company's strategy to expand its presence in fast-growing residential hubs that are well connected to business districts and social infrastructure. It also continues the firm's focus on end-user-driven residential solutions and sustainability.
The project is strategically located close to the Hopefarm Channasandra metro station, key IT corridors, and employment hubs, providing convenient access to workspaces, schools, hospitals, retail, and entertainment zones. Mahindra Blossom offers a mix of 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK homes, thoughtfully designed to prioritize cross ventilation, natural light, and comfortable living. Approximately 75% of the project's area is open-to-sky space, including landscaped gardens, courtyards, and terraces.
Sustainability is a core feature, with the project following Net Zero Waste planning and pursuing IGBC certification. This is the company's third net-zero residential development in Bengaluru, reflecting its commitment to environmentally conscious and future-ready urban housing.
The development encompasses around 97,000 sq ft of clubhouse and lifestyle amenities, offering a swimming pool, jogging and cycling tracks, sports courts, indoor and outdoor community spaces, landscaped gardens, and a dedicated pet park. The inclusion of high-street retail ensures easy access to everyday needs, while recreational and wellness facilities cater to a holistic lifestyle.

This launch strengthens Mahindra Lifespaces footprint in Bengaluru and across India. The company has completed over 53.30 million sq ft of residential space in seven cities and has ongoing projects that span multiple Indian cities. Previously, the firm announced a redevelopment project in Mumbai's housing sector covering 1.53 acres with a projected revenue of INR 1,010 crore, highlighting its continued urban expansion.
