Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has set a revenue target of around INR 1,900 crore from its newly launched residential project in Bengaluru. The project, named Mahindra Blossom, is located in Whitefield, one of the city's established residential and commercial corridors.

In a recent regulatory filing, the company stated that the Whitefield project carries a potential gross development value of approximately INR 1,900 crore. The launch adds to Mahindra Lifespace's ongoing focus on expanding its residential footprint in key urban markets, particularly in Bengaluru, which has remained a strong demand centre due to steady job growth and infrastructure development.

Mahindra Lifespace currently has a residential portfolio with a saleable area of 53.30 million sq ft, comprising completed, under-construction, and planned projects spread across seven cities in India. Bengaluru has been a consistent part of the company's growth strategy over the years, with previous projects catering to mid-income and premium homebuyers.

Beyond housing, the company also has a significant presence in integrated developments and industrial clusters. It holds more than 5,000 acres of land under ongoing and upcoming development or management across four locations. These projects are aligned with the group's broader focus on planned industrial and urban infrastructure.

Mahindra Lifespace operates as the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group. Over the past few years, the company has pursued a measured expansion approach, balancing residential launches with industrial development, while maintaining a presence in major urban and manufacturing hubs.
