Synopsis

Actor Madhuri Dixit Nene and her husband, Dr Shriram Madhav Nene, have sold their residential apartment in Juhu, Mumbai, for INR 3.90 crore, according to property registration records. The apartment, measuring around 780 sq ft, is located in Deep Varsha Co-operative Housing Society on Military Road. The buyer, a woman, benefited from Maharashtra's 1% stamp duty concession for women homebuyers, paying INR 19.5 lakh in stamp duty. The couple also sold a parking space in the same society for INR 15 lakh on the same day. Juhu remains a sought-after residential locality, known for its premium appeal, coastal access and strong demand among high-net-worth individuals and film industry professionals.

Madhuri Dixit Nene and her husband, Dr Shriram Madhav Nene, have completed the sale of their residential apartment in Juhu, Mumbai, for INR 3.90 crore, as per property registration records. The flat has a carpet area of about 780 sq ft and is located on the fourth floor of Deep Varsha Co-operative Housing Society, situated on Military Road in the western suburb.

Registration documents show that the buyer is a woman, who paid stamp duty of INR 19.5 lakh. Maharashtra offers a 1% stamp duty concession for women homebuyers, which has continued to influence residential transactions across the state, particularly in high-value urban markets.

Alongside the apartment transaction, Madhuri Dixit and Dr Nene also sold a parking space in the same housing society. The parking unit was registered for INR 15 lakh on the same day as the apartment sale, according to official records.

The couple has been actively managing their real estate holdings in Mumbai. In recent years, they have leased out residential properties in other western suburbs, including Andheri West, indicating a measured approach to asset management rather than a complete exit from the city's property market.

Juhu continues to remain one of Mumbai's premium residential locations due to its proximity to the coastline, strong social infrastructure, and long-standing appeal among high-net-worth individuals and film industry professionals. Transactions in the area often reflect long-term capital appreciation rather than short-term price movements.
