Ambrane has begun operations at its new 83,000 square feet automated manufacturing facility in Kundli, Haryana, developed with an investment of INR 50 crore. The plant is expected to increase the company's production capacity by 200 per cent and support its expansion into new product categories such as IT peripherals and small appliances. Designed with automation-ready systems, the facility aims to reach a capacity of 15 lakh units per month and has already generated over 600 local jobs, with more hiring planned.

Ambrane, an Indian consumer electronics and wearables brand, has started operations at its new automated manufacturing facility in Kundli, Haryana. The unit spans 83,000 square feet and has been developed with an investment of INR 50 crore. The new plant marks a key capacity expansion for the company and reflects its continued focus on domestic manufacturing.

The facility is expected to raise Ambrane's overall production capacity by 200 per cent. According to the company, the expansion also supports its entry into new product categories, including IT peripherals and small home appliances, alongside its existing product portfolio.

The Kundli plant has been designed with modular and automation-ready systems. Once fully ramped up, it is planned to reach an installed capacity of around 15 lakh units per month. The manufacturing setup includes surface-mount technology (SMT) lines, automated assembly stations, and real-time quality monitoring systems to improve efficiency and maintain consistent product standards.

The company stated that the facility has already created employment for more than 600 workers from nearby areas. Additional hiring is planned in research and development, quality control, and manufacturing functions as production volumes increase. Ambrane has also initiated skill development programmes focused on automated manufacturing processes, quality checks, and process control systems to support the scaling of operations.

Along with increasing output in its core categories such as wearables, audio products, power banks, and charging accessories, Ambrane is preparing to enter new segments. These include IT accessories and small appliances such as air purifiers, which will be manufactured at the new facility over time.

Founded as a home-grown brand, Ambrane has built a wide distribution presence across the country. It currently operates a pan-India network covering 20 states and reaches more than 100 Tier II and Tier III cities, supporting its growing retail and online sales channels.
