Synopsis

ITC Hotels Ltd is planning to expand its boutique hospitality portfolio by adding four new properties under the Storii by ITC Hotels brand at key wildlife destinations in India. The upcoming hotels, with a combined inventory of 141 rooms, are proposed in Jawai, Ranthambore, Dhari Gir and Sasan Gir. The company aims to deepen its presence in nature-led and experiential stays through partnerships with regional developers and property owners. These additions align with ITC Hotels wider strategy of strengthening niche segments within India's growing wildlife tourism market.

ITC Hotels Ltd has announced plans to add four new properties under its boutique brand, Storii by ITC Hotels, at prominent wildlife destinations across India. The proposed expansion will add a total of 141 rooms and is aimed at offering intimate, nature-focused hospitality experiences near some of the country's most well-known national parks.

The upcoming Storii properties are planned in Jawai, Ranthambore, Dhari Gir and Sasan Gir. According to the company, these locations have been selected to bring guests closer to wildlife landscapes while maintaining the brand's focus on smaller, design-led hotels that blend into their natural surroundings.

The Jawai property is planned with 15 guestrooms along with premium tents and is being developed in partnership with 1st Gate Luxe Pvt Ltd. In Rajasthan, Storii by ITC Hotels Ranthambore will feature 40 rooms and is being developed alongside Bagh-E-Khaas.

In Gujarat, two properties are planned within the Gir ecosystem. Storii by ITC Hotels Sasan Gir, located near Gir National Park, is expected to have 26 guestrooms and is owned by Hirenkumar Jashubhai Barad. Another property, Storii by ITC Hotels Dhari Gir, will offer 60 guestrooms and is being developed with Star Developers along a quieter edge of the Gir landscape.

The company stated that the expansion will allow it to curate nature-led experiences that reflect the Storii brand's intimate and distinctive positioning. ITC Hotels has been steadily growing its presence in leisure and experiential travel, particularly in destinations linked to heritage, wellness and wildlife tourism. However, the company has not disclosed timelines for the opening of these four properties.
