Talentorial, an AI-powered career enablement platform, has entered into a strategic partnership with Jyothi Engineering College (Autonomous), Thrissur, within a month of its official launch. The collaboration marks the platform's first institutional partnership and aligns with its stated goal of supporting over one million learners by 2028.

The partnership has been formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding that will integrate Talentorial's AI-driven assessments, personalised mentoring, and industry-linked training modules into the academic framework of Jyothi Engineering College. The initiative is aimed at addressing the gap between academic learning and employability by aligning student skills with current industry requirements.

Under the agreement, students of Jyothi Engineering College will gain access to a structured career development ecosystem. This includes AI-based CV evaluations with individualised feedback, aptitude and behavioural assessments mapped to industry expectations, and simulated interviews supported by real-time performance analysis. The platform also offers learning pathways designed to identify and bridge specific skill gaps, along with access to verified mentors and professionals from global industries. Students will also be matched with internship and job opportunities based on assessment outcomes.

In addition to student-facing tools, the institution will receive access to institutional dashboards that provide data-driven insights into employability trends and skill gaps. These analytics are intended to support curriculum planning and academic adjustments in response to changing workforce needs.

The MoU was signed by Dr. P. Sojan Lal, Principal of Jyothi Engineering College, in the presence of College Executive Manager Rev. Fr. David Nettikkadan and Academic Director Rev. Dr. Jose Kannampuzha. Talentorial was represented by its Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Nishen Roy.

Talentorial is currently operational in India and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The company has outlined plans to expand into Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America as part of its next phase of growth. It also aims to collaborate with more than 500 academic institutions globally and build a network of over 100,000 verified mentors.

Jyothi Engineering College, established in 2002 in Thrissur, Kerala, is an autonomous institution offering undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes in engineering and technology disciplines.

Talentorial was launched in November 2025 and is headquartered in the UAE. The platform focuses on combining artificial intelligence, mentorship, academic collaboration, and employer engagement to streamline career readiness and recruitment processes, particularly for students from diverse and non-metropolitan backgrounds.
