Omaxe Group has recorded a strong market response to the launch of Omaxe Eternity 2, its integrated township project in Vrindavan, with around 750 units sold within days of launch. The rapid sell-out highlights robust demand from both end-users and investors for well-planned townships in culturally significant and well-connected locations. Spread across 101 acres, the project offers a mix of residential plots, villas, studio apartments, retail spaces and group housing, creating a self-sustained urban ecosystem. Competitive pricing, coupled with Vrindavan's growing infrastructure and spiritual importance, has played a key role in driving buyer interest. The success reinforces Omaxe Group's strategy of focusing on integrated developments in emerging growth corridors.

Omaxe Group has announced the successful launch of Omaxe Eternity 2, its integrated township development in Vrindavan, with approximately 750 units sold out within a few days of its launch. The swift absorption of inventory reflects strong confidence among homebuyers and investors in the project's location, pricing and overall development concept.


Spread over 101 acres, Omaxe Eternity 2 is planned as a large-scale, integrated township that combines residential, commercial and social infrastructure within a single development. The project is being developed in multiple phases and comprises around 800 residential plots, 74 villas, 400 commercial hotel studio units, retail shops, group housing and multi-storey residential buildings. It also includes EWS and LIG housing, aiming to create a balanced and inclusive urban environment.

Pricing has been a key factor behind the strong response. Studio apartments were launched at approximately Rs 50 lakh, residential plots from around Rs 84 lakh onwards, and villas from about Rs 2.75 crore. This positioning has made Omaxe Eternity 2 one of the more competitive integrated township offerings in the Vrindavan market, appealing to a wide spectrum of buyers seeking both lifestyle value and long-term appreciation.

Commenting on the response, Mohit Goel, Managing Director of Omaxe Group, said the demand reflects a growing preference for integrated townships that offer community living, peace and long-term value, particularly in destinations with cultural and spiritual significance. He noted that Vrindavan's improving infrastructure and connectivity are increasingly attracting residential interest alongside its traditional spiritual appeal.

The township is strategically located on Radha Kund Road (RAAL), with direct connectivity to the Yamuna Expressway, Delhi-Agra Highway and Bareilly Highway. Its proximity to major temples and spiritual landmarks further enhances its attractiveness as a residential and investment destination.

The delivery of Omaxe Eternity 2 is scheduled to begin in 2027. With this project, Omaxe Group continues to expand its presence in emerging growth corridors, supported by its integrated development approach, strategic land acquisition and focus on creating self-sustained urban ecosystems.
