Silverstorm Parks and Resorts Limited, which operates an integrated amusement destination, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the BSE SME platform as part of its plan to launch an initial public offering. The proposed issue will consist of up to 62,00,000 equity shares with a face value of INR 10 each.
The company plans to use the proceeds mainly for capital expenditure. A key portion of the funds will be directed towards setting up a new snow park and family entertainment centre in Lucknow. The issue will also support the expansion and upgradation of the existing theme park facilities, repayment of certain borrowings, and general corporate purposes.
Silverstorm Parks has shown steady financial performance over the past year. For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, the company reported consolidated revenue of INR 3,100.12 lakh. During the same period, EBITDA stood at INR 1,655.89 lakh, while profit after tax was reported at INR 971.07 lakh.
The growth trend continued into the current financial year. For the six-month period ended September 2025, the company recorded consolidated revenue of INR 1,311.63 lakh. EBITDA for the period came in at INR 715.50 lakh, with profit after tax reaching INR 415.38 lakh.
The planned expansion into Lucknow marks Silverstorm's entry into a new urban market, aligning with rising demand for organised leisure and entertainment destinations in Tier II cities. The company has been focusing on enhancing visitor experience and improving operational efficiency, which has reflected in its operating margins.
The draft prospectus filing is an important step in the company's effort to strengthen its balance sheet and support long-term growth through asset development and selective debt reduction.
