The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has unveiled two enticing residential schemes, providing prospective homeowners a golden opportunity to secure their dream dwellings in close proximity to the eagerly anticipated Noida International Airport.
Under the newly introduced flat scheme, a total of 468 luxurious flats are up for grabs. Simultaneously, an enticing plot scheme presents 1,184 plots, ranging in size from 120 to 2,000 square meters, catering to a diverse range of preferences.
Aspiring plot scheme participants are granted time until September 1 to meticulously submit their applications for consideration. A pivotal event is scheduled for October 18 – a lucky draw that will determine the allotment of plots across sectors 16, 17, and 20. These prime plots are on offer at an attractive rate of Rs 24,600 per square meter, amplifying the appeal of the scheme.
A senior official elaborated on the astounding reception these residential schemes have encountered right from day one of their launch. "The swift progress witnessed in the construction of the Noida International Airport, which is slated to commence commercial operations by 2024, coupled with the proliferation of crucial infrastructure and industrial endeavors along the Yamuna Expressway, has fuelled an exponential surge in interest for these schemes," the official stated. The plot scheme alone witnessed an astonishing influx of 1,200 applications on its inaugural day.
The reverberating success of YEIDA's ongoing 2BHK flat scheme in Sector 22D has not gone unnoticed. Currently, a total of 468 units of ready-to-move 2BHK flats have amassed an impressive count of over 3,000 applications. Impressively, more than 600 applicants have promptly submitted the mandatory security deposit, equivalent to 10% of the total flat cost, amounting to Rs 42.3 lakh.
Initially conceived as a first-come, first-served mechanism, YEIDA has taken the unprecedented decision to transition to a lucky draw system due to the overwhelming demand that has surpassed all expectations.
