Actor Sanjay Mishra has purchased a sea-view apartment in Raheja Exotica Cyprus, Madh Island, Mumbai, for INR 4.75 crore. The flat, spread across 1,701 sq ft with an additional deck area, places him in the same project where singer Jubin Nautiyal bought a home late last year. Mishra joins several film personalities who have invested in this coastal location, which has seen rising property rates due to upcoming infrastructure like the Versova-Madh bridge and Bandra-Versova Sea Link.

The property spans 1,701 sq ft of RERA carpet area along with a 201 sq ft deck, taking the total usable space to over 1,900 sq ft. Documents reveal Mishra paid INR 28.50 lakh as stamp duty and INR 30,000 as registration charges. The deal was formally registered on July 11, 2025.
In the same tower, playback singer Jubin Nautiyal had purchased a four-bedroom apartment on the 34th floor for INR 4.94 crore in December 2024. Other film industry names such as Vikrant Massey, Pankaj Tripathi, and Archana Puran Singh also own homes in the project.
Mishra, who is known for films like Masaan, Ankhon Dekhi, Golmaal, Newton, and Kaamyaab, now becomes part of a growing list of actors choosing Madh Island for its waterfront setting and relative privacy.
Madh Island, located near Malad and neighbouring Versova in Andheri, has long attracted people from Mumbai's entertainment community. Properties in Versova are already home to Bollywood personalities and Madh is now emerging as an extension of this trend.
