Landmark Group has committed an investment of INR 400 crore for the construction of a new premium housing project in Gurugram. The development, named Landmark SKYVUE, will feature 240 apartments across a four-acre site in Sector 103, close to the Dwarka Expressway. The group has owned the land since 2009 and has already cleared all government-related approval charges. Construction will be financed through internal accruals, bank loans, and advances from buyers.
Landmark Group is moving ahead with a new residential project in Gurugram, committing an investment of INR 400 crore to the development. It will include 240 apartments, marking another significant addition to the company's portfolio in the region.
The group has held this land parcel since 2009, and all related government approval charges have already been cleared. With these steps completed, the company is prepared to focus entirely on the construction phase. According to the management, the project cost will be met through internal funds, loans from banks, and customer advances received against sales.
The Gurugram residential market has been witnessing steady demand, supported by improved connectivity and ongoing infrastructure developments. The completion and opening of the Dwarka Expressway have further enhanced the attractiveness of the area, leading developers to expand their presence in surrounding sectors.
