Whiteland Corporation has awarded INR 2,000 crore in construction contracts to Ahluwalia Contracts and Kalpataru Projects for its premium housing project on Dwarka Expressway. Spread across 20 acres, the project will feature around 1,700 apartments, with 1,400 units launched in the first phase. The developer has partnered with Marriott International to bring Westin Residences to Gurugram, which will manage the upcoming property. The total investment, including land and construction costs, is estimated at INR 5,500-6,000 crore.
Realty firm Whiteland Corporation has awarded construction work orders worth Rs 2,000 crore to Ahluwalia Contracts and Kalpataru Projects for its upcoming housing project in Gurugram.
The company will develop a 20-acre housing project on Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, comprising around 1,700 apartments. In the first phase, the company has launched around 1,400 units for sale. The prices of apartments start from Rs 6.5 crore.
The company has already signed an agreement with Marriott International to bring Westin Residences to Gurugram and manage this upcoming property. A proposed investment of INR 5,500-6,000 crore has been envisioned to include land costs, construction expenses and other charges.
