Casagrand, a prominent real estate developer in South India, revealed its strategic expansion plans aimed at consolidating its presence in the Hyderabad market. The company announced the addition of 2.74 million square feet of residential developments across key locations such as Mankhal, Attapur, Gowdavalli, and Kompally. Following the successful launch of Casagrand Hanford in Mamidipally in 2023, Casagrand has introduced two additional projects-Evon in Kompally and Windsor Court in Mankhal-both catering to buyers seeking quality and exclusivity.

As part of this initiative, the company disclosed its plans to add 2.74 million square feet of residential developments, which will be established across prominent areas such as Mankhal, Attapur, Gowdavalli, and Kompally in the city. These upcoming projects have been curated to meet the changing preferences of modern homebuyers, featuring contemporary architecture, world-class amenities, and eco-friendly living options. On this occasion, Mr Arun Mn, Founder and Managing Director of Casagrand, expressed that Hyderabad has emerged as one of the fastest-growing markets in South India's real estate sector. Casagrand made its debut in Hyderabad in 2023 with the launch of Casagrand Hanford, an upscale villa community located in Mamidipally within the Outer Ring Road (ORR). Following the success of Hanford, Casagrand announced two new developments-Casagrand Evon in Kompally and Casagrand Windsor Court in Mankhal. Additionally, Casagrand has announced plans for a high-rise residential project in Attapur and a villa community in Gowdavalli, both of which are currently in the pipeline.
