HouseEazy, India's premier platform for resale homes, has expanded into the Gurugram market, hosting a significant launch event for its channel partners. The event attracted over 500 partners, where the company presented its services and future growth strategies, including the introduction of the 'HouseEazy Yearly Jackpot,' offering potential annual incentives of up to INR 3.5 crore for each partner.

HouseEazy is developing a comprehensive solution to bring order to the largely unorganised residential resale sector, aiming to provide a trustworthy and transparent buying and selling experience. In a brief period, the company has established itself as a leading player, completing transactions exceeding INR 1,500 crore and serving over 1,600 satisfied families. The proptech startup has secured approximately USD 10 million in capital from reputable venture firms, fuelling its rapid growth and technological advancements.

Co-founder Deepak Bhatia emphasised the importance of channel partners in their ecosystem, stating that the summit served as an ideal platform to showcase the exciting opportunities for growth with HouseEazy. He noted that they have already built a community of over 3,000 partners and plan to establish India's largest real estate distribution network as they continue to expand. This event marked their entry into the Gurugram market, following successful operations in Noida and Ghaziabad.

Looking ahead, HouseEazy aims to achieve a transaction value of INR 3,000 crore within the Gurugram market over the next 12 to 15 months. This ambitious target will be supported by a growing team of over 150 professionals and an expanding network of channel partners.

Co-founder Tarun Sainani highlighted their ongoing growth, reinforcing their position as a leader in the secondary real estate market. He expressed their commitment to continuous innovation through technology and process re-engineering to provide exceptional value to all stakeholders. Their goal is to create a transparent and comprehensive platform that caters to the diverse needs of buyers, sellers, and partners, ultimately becoming the most trusted one-stop shop for all secondary real estate requirements.

HouseEazy's full-stack platform for resale homes is transforming the industry by offering a transparent, seamless, and technology-driven experience for both buyers and sellers. By leveraging AI-powered pricing, AR/VR virtual tours, and end-to-end transaction support, HouseEazy is eliminating traditional complexities in secondary real estate. With a strong presence in Noida and Ghaziabad, their entry into Gurugram signifies a significant step toward becoming the preferred platform for resale home transactions.
