Bhutani Infra has taken control of the first phase of Bhutani Bayview International Film City in Noida, a 230-acre project with an investment of INR 1,510 crore. With state-of-the-art production facilities, a dedicated film university, and convenient access to Noida International Airport, the plan aims to make Noida a global hub for filmmaking. A distinctive 250-acre emblem visible from space will emphasize India's cinematic identity, while the initiative corresponds with the Uttar Pradesh government's Film Policy 2023, which will create over 50,000 jobs. It will also incorporate sustainable commercial and hospitality areas, creating new standards in real estate and entertainment infrastructure.
Bhutani Infra has formally taken over the first phase of Bhutani Bayview International Film City in Noida, marking a significant moment in India's film and real estate industry. The 230-acre project, which has INR 1,510 crore in funding, intends to make Noida a major center for international film production.
Designed with cutting-edge technology, the Film City will have advanced virtual studios, underwater filming facilities, and high-tech LED screens, providing filmmakers with cutting-edge infrastructure. It will also include a separate film university, which will focus on developing new talent and pushing industry innovation. Due to its convenient location just 6 km from Noida International Airport, international investors and filmmakers can easily access it.
One of the project's most prominent features is a giant 250-acre "?" symbol that is visible from space and serves to reinforce India's cultural and cinematic identity on a worldwide scale. This ambitious effort supports the Uttar Pradesh government's Film Policy 2023, attracting investments and creating over 50,000 job possibilities.
Ashish Bhutani, CEO of Bhutani Infra, voiced confidence in the project's impact, claiming that it would alter India's film industry by creating a globally competitive ecosystem, attracting investment, nurturing innovation, and driving economic progress.
Beyond film production, Bhutani Bayview International Film City plans to incorporate sustainable commercial and hospitality facilities, with the goal of achieving GRIHA 4-Star and IGBC Gold certifications. The development's main features are The Gateway's twin towers, The Island Resort, which provides luxury lodgings, and The Red Carpet Zone, which will hold exclusive premieres and industry events.
By providing world-class production facilities, fostering new talent, and ensuring strong global connectivity, it is poised to redefine the filmmaking landscape. The project not only strengthens India's cultural footprint but also aligns with sustainable development goals through eco-friendly commercial and hospitality spaces.
