Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor has sold his apartment in Mumbai's Juhu area for INR 6.11 crore, as per property registration documents accessed by SquareYards. The apartment, which is on the first floor of the Silver Beach Heaven Co-operative Society, is 881 square feet in size. The property was purchased by Bengaluru-based buyers Satish Venkatesh and Archana Taneja. The transaction was officially registered earlier this week with a stamp duty payment of INR 36.66 lakh and a registration fee of INR 30,000. Neither Kapoor nor the buyers were available for comment. Documents accessed by Zapkey reveal that the apartment, registered in the past week, spans 1,042.73 sq. ft. of carpet area, including two balconies.
