The lease agreement, signed through Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment, secures two duplex apartments on the first, second, seventh, and eighth floors. The monthly rent for these four floors is reportedly INR 24 lakh. The space is designed to accommodate the entire Khan family, their security team, household staff, and even some office functions.
