Godrej Properties to develop land in Gurugram, Haryana

According to a BSE filing by Godrej Properties (GPL) a contract has been signed for the development of 14.27 acres of property in Gurugram, Haryana. The projected is expected to have a potential revenue of around Rs 3,000 crore. Earlier this year, the company purchased an 18.6-acre land tract in Kandivali, Mumbai. This project has an estimated 3.72 million square feet of developable space and a potential revenue of around Rs 7,000 crore. It was also the highest bidder for two contiguous land parcels in Noida with a total bid value of Rs 377 crore.

According to a BSE filing by Godrej Properties (GPL) a contract has been signed for the development of 14.27 acres of property in Gurugram, Haryana. The projected development is expected to have a potential revenue of around Rs 3,000 crore and will mostly consist of luxury residential apartments.



The company hopes to expand and enhance their presence in Gurugram with this over the next years as it aligns with their larger objective of deepening our footprint across important real estate micro-markets in the country. Recently, the company purchased an 18.6-acre land tract in Kandivali, Mumbai. This project has an estimated 3.72 million square feet of developable space and a potential revenue of around Rs 7,000 crore.



According to the SBI e-tendering portal which enabled an e-auction on behalf of the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA), Godrej Properties in November 2022 was the highest bidder for two contiguous land parcels in Noida with a total bid value of Rs 377 crore. These land parcels in Noida’s Sector 146, Godrej properties hopes to construct residential group homes. The two contiguous land properties which total 12.4 acres have a combined potential for development of over 3.2 million square feet.
