BSE-listed CS Tech AI, previously known as Ceinsys Tech Limited, secured a prestigious contract worth INR 381.18 crore for the Wainganga-Nalganga River-Linking Project. The Maharashtra government leads this ambitious initiative to resolve critical water distribution challenges in seven districts across the state. The project spans across Nagpur, Wardha, Yavatmal, Amravati, Akola, Washim, and Buldhana districts.

It involves the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR), incorporating surveys, hydrology analyses, and the design of essential infrastructure such as canals, pipelines, tunnels, tanks, and lift irrigation systems. The project's estimated cost will surpass INR 85,000 crore upon completion. Stretching 485 kilometers, the project will establish a connection between the Wainganga River in Bhandara and the Nalganga River in Buldhana, located in Vidarbha's western region. This initiative aims to significantly enhance water accessibility and ensure equitable distribution across the affected areas.

Kaushik Khona, Managing Director of CS Tech AI, highlighted the importance of the initiative, pointing out that it is a crucial step in addressing Maharashtra's water challenges. He assured us that the company's advanced expertise in technology and engineering would ensure the successful achievement of the project's objectives. Khona also elaborated on the company's responsibilities, explaining their role in delivering precise measurements and engineering solutions. He outlined their scope of work, which includes providing accurate parameters for barrages and other essential infrastructure planned along the route.

CS Tech AI will employ cutting-edge technologies such as aerial LiDAR, which make use of aircraft for comprehensive surveying of the extensive 485-kilometre stretch. This approach will significantly expedite the work. Additionally, the company will leverage photogrammetry and satellite imagery to enhance efficiency and precision in executing the project's deliverables. In a strategic move, CS Tech AI has partnered with Nippon Koei India Private Limited, the Indian division of a renowned Japanese conglomerate, to bolster the project's execution capabilities. This collaboration highlights the company's commitment to integrating global expertise for large-scale infrastructure development.

This landmark project aligns with CS Tech AI's recent rebranding from Ceinsys Tech Limited, reflecting its focus on cutting-edge geospatial, engineering, and IT solutions. With its headquarters in Nagpur, the company maintains a robust global presence, operating in India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Singapore. It serves an extensive clientele across utilities, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.
