The office space, which spans a carpet area of 176.98 sq meters (approximately 1,904.91 sq ft), is part of the growing commercial real estate market in Mumbai, one of India's most sought-after business hubs. The property also includes a built-up area of 194.67 sq meters (around 2,095 sq ft), ensuring ample space for business operations. Additionally, the property comes with three dedicated car parking spaces, a valuable feature in Mumbai?s crowded commercial districts, where parking spaces are often at a premium.
According to official documents reviewed by Square Yards, the transaction involved a significant stamp duty payment of INR 35.01 lakh, along with registration charges of INR 30,000. The property deal was officially registered in February 2025, marking the completion of the process and making the office space legally owned by Leone.
The office is located within the Veer Signature, a well-regarded commercial project developed by the Veer Group. Known for its prime location and modern amenities, Veer Signature is a popular choice for businesses seeking top-tier office spaces in the area. The project spans 0.53 acres and houses office units ranging from 59.21 sq meters to 193.04 sq meters, according to RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) records. With a diverse range of unit sizes, the project caters to a variety of business needs, from smaller startups to larger corporate offices.
Between January and December 2024, Veer Signature saw a total of 12 transactions, amounting to a gross transaction value of INR 202 crore. This highlights the strong demand for office spaces within this commercial development, further establishing it as a prominent business address in the city.
Leone?s new office space was purchased from Aishwarya Property and Estates, a well-established real estate company owned by Anand Kamalnayan Pandit and Roopa Anand Pandit. This purchase marks a significant business move for Leone, who continues to diversify her portfolio. In addition to her own investment, the building is home to several other high-profile Bollywood personalities, further adding to the building's allure as a coveted property. Among those who own properties in the same building are some of the most celebrated names in the industry, including Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Kartik Aaryan, and Sara Ali Khan. The presence of these stars in the same building adds an extra layer of prestige to the property, making it a sought-after address for both businesses and investors.
