The property also includes a built-up area of 194.67 sq meters (around 2,095 sq ft), ensuring ample space for business operations. Additionally, the property comes with three dedicated car parking spaces, a valuable feature in Mumbai?s crowded commercial districts, where parking spaces are often at a premium.

According to official documents reviewed by Square Yards, the transaction involved a significant stamp duty payment of INR 35.01 lakh, along with registration charges of INR 30,000. The property deal was officially registered in February 2025, marking the completion of the process and making the office space legally owned by Leone.

The office is located within the Veer Signature, a well-regarded commercial project developed by the Veer Group. Known for its prime location and modern amenities, Veer Signature is a popular choice for businesses seeking top-tier office spaces in the area. The project spans 0.53 acres and houses office units ranging from 59.21 sq meters to 193.04 sq meters, according to RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) records.
