The Lucknow Development Authority has extended its deadline for flat registrations to March 31, 2025 offering prospective buyers more time to purchase homes in city housing projects. Currently, 2,170 flats are available across 22 LDA housing societies. The largest number of vacancies is in Kabir Apartment (1,043 units), followed by Ratan Lok (179 units), Ashlesha Apartment (132 units), and Srishti and Smriti Apartments (122 units). Other prominent options include Ratan Lok Apartment, offering 179 flats, and Ashlesha Apartment, which has 132 units available. Housing societies such as Srishti Apartment and Smriti Apartment in Jankipuram Sector-J each have 122 flats, while Sopan Enclave Phase-2 offers 121 units. Shravan Apartment features 119 flats, and Rashmi Lok has 87 units available. Additional properties include Sunrise and Anubhuti Apartments, each with 64 units, and Aishbagh Heights, offering 72 units. Several other complexes have smaller inventories, ranging from 1 to 45 flats.
