Strategically located in the prestigious Embassy Golf Links Business Park in Domlur, Princeville and Cherry Hills together occupy an impressive 95,000 sq. ft., offering approximately 1,600 desk spaces. Remarkably, pre-commitments have already been secured for nearly 60% of this inventory, demonstrating the high demand for shared workspaces in the area.
Additionally, Prestige Tech Park Jupiter will significantly augment WeWork's footprint. Positioned in proximity to Marathahalli, the facility sprawls over an estimated 125,000 sq. ft., and is set to provide over 2,000 desks. Both the aforementioned complexes are set to be fully functional by mid-2023.
