State-owned NBCC has secured contracts worth INR 368.75 crore for various projects. A INR 300-crore order involves developing the Jawaharlal Nehru Commercial Complex in Varanasi on a self-sustainable model. Additionally, NBCC received a INR 24.38-crore contract for constructing the Mehta Family School of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at IIT Roorkee, including internal systems like firefighting, lifts, and CCTV. Another INR 44.37-crore project from Power Grid Corporation entails building a 500-bed multi-storey Vishram Sadan at AIIMS Gorakhpur. Operating in PMC, EPC, and real estate, NBCC highlighted these orders as part of its regular business operations.

Among the major contracts, NBCC received a INR 300-crore order for the development of the Jawaharlal Nehru Commercial Complex (JLNCC) in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. This prestigious project, awarded by the Varanasi Development Authority, will be executed on a self-sustainable model, showcasing the company's focus on efficient and environmentally conscious infrastructure development. The Jawaharlal Nehru Commercial Complex is envisioned as a significant addition to Varanasi's urban landscape, contributing to the city's commercial growth and modernization.
NBCC was also entrusted with a INR 24.38-crore work order to construct the Mehta Family School of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at IIT Roorkee in Uttarakhand. This initiative includes comprehensive infrastructure development, incorporating essential facilities such as internal electrical installations, firefighting systems, fire alarms, elevators, audiovisual systems, CCTV, and Building Management System (BMS) installations. The project underscores NBCC's capability in executing technically advanced and specialized constructions, enhancing educational infrastructure in the country.
Additionally, NBCC secured a INR 44.37-crore order from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited to design and construct a 500-bed multi-storey Vishram Sadan at AIIMS Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. This facility aims to provide comfortable accommodation for patients and their families, demonstrating NBCC's commitment to projects that address critical social and healthcare needs.
