The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) launched a festive offer that has resulted in the booking of 86 flats in just 15 days. The offer, valid until December 31, provides discounts ranging from INR 1 lakh to INR 2.5 lakh, depending on the price of the flats. Additionally, buyers can avail further discounts based on payment timelines. The flats come in various configurations and sizes, with prices ranging from INR 22 lakh to INR 1.08 crore. The offer is available in prime locations across Lucknow, including Gomtinagar, Jankipuram, and Aishbagh.
The festive offer by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) led to the booking of 86 flats within 15 days of its launch on October 21. This limited-time offer, which runs until December 31, provides additional discounts on flats ranging from INR 1 lakh to INR 2.5 lakh.
Earlier this week, Deputy Secretary Gyanendra Verma shared that sales had increased since the launch of the offer. The highest number of bookings was recorded at Sargam Apartments in Jankipuram with 21 bookings, followed by Aishbagh Heights with 15, Devpur Para with 11, CG City on Sultanpur Road with 10, and Srijan Apartments in Priyadarshini with 8 bookings.
LDA Vice Chairperson Prathamesh Kumar mentioned that through the "first-come, first-served" scheme, buyers are allowed to purchase more than one flat if they wish. Those who pay 90% of the flat's cost within specified timeframes are eligible for additional discounts: 6% for payment within 45 days, 5% for payment within 60 days, 4% for payment within 75 days, and 3% for payment within 90 days.
Additional discounts are available based on the price of the flats, with INR 1 lakh off for those priced between INR 22 lakh and INR 50 lakh, INR 1.5 lakh off for those between INR 50 lakh and INR 75 lakh, and INR 2.5 lakh off for flats priced above INR 75 lakh. The LDA is offering a variety of flat configurations, including 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK units, ranging in size from 500 to 1,900 sq. ft., with prices between INR 22 lakh and INR 1.08 crore. Government employees can acquire flats with a 25% payment of the total price, while general buyers can secure them with a 35% payment under a hire-purchase agreement.
Additionally, buyers have the option to combine two 2BHK flats into a larger unit in some complexes. The flats are situated in prime locations across Lucknow, including Gomtinagar, Jankipuram, Priyadarshini (Sitapur Road), Aliganj, Aishbagh, Kanpur Road, Devpur Para, and Sharda Nagar, all with direct connectivity to main roads.
The LDA's festive offer has sparked a surge in flat bookings, reflecting strong demand for residential properties in Lucknow. With additional discounts for early payments and flexible purchase options, the scheme has attracted a wide range of buyers, including government employees and general buyers. This initiative provides an opportunity for people to invest in prime locations across the city, offering convenient connectivity and various housing options.
