More than 34,000 individuals have registered for the hi-tech township being developed by YEIDA near Jewar International Airport, according to an official spokesperson.
This ambitious project is located in Sector 24A of Noida, just one kilometre from the International Film City, 500 meters from the Yamuna Expressway, and near the MotoGP track.
So far, 62,865 people have purchased brochures worth over INR 3.77 crore and 34,180 people have paid the registration fee amounting to about INR 14.9 crore. The final date for registration was November 30 with the lottery draw scheduled for December 27.
The township aims to provide state-of-the-art amenities and improved living standards for residents in the area, offering a total of 451 residential plots of varying sizes.
The distribution of plots includes: 100 plots of 120 square meters, 169 plots of 162 square meters, 172 plots of 200 square meters, 6 plots of 250 square meters, and 4 plots of 260 square meters. Additionally, 17.5% of these plots are reserved for farmers from the state. The cost of the plots has been set at INR 25,900 per square metre.
