During its recent 'Pradhikaran Diwas,' the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) received 41 applications concerning mutation, property transfers, and illegal constructions. Among these, 13 cases were resolved immediately, highlighting LDA's commitment to swift grievance redressal. A significant complaint by Sanjay Kesarwani, a Rakabganj resident, alleged illegal encroachment on his allocated plot in Ramnagar under the Aishbagh Yojana. In response, LDA Vice Chairman Prathemesh Kumar directed officials to inspect the site and submit a report within a week. The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) conducted its 'Pradhikaran Diwas' earlier this week at the LDA building, receiving a total of 41 applications from residents regarding issues such as mutation, property transfers, and illegal constructions. Out of the 41 cases reported during the event, a significant number pertained to freehold conversions and concerns about illegal constructions. Among these, 13 cases were resolved on the spot, demonstrating LDA's commitment to immediate redressal of grievances where possible.
One notable case was raised by Sanjay Kesarwani, a resident of Dalmandi in Rakabganj, who alleged illegal encroachment on a plot allocated to him under the Ramnagar sector of Aishbagh Yojana. Kesarwani expressed concerns over unauthorised structures being developed on the land meant for him. Responding to his complaint, LDA Vice Chairman Prathemesh Kumar directed the concerned officials to carry out a detailed site inspection within a week. He also instructed them to prepare a comprehensive report to facilitate further action.
The Vice Chairman emphasised the importance of taking swift and decisive steps against encroachments and unauthorised constructions to protect the rights of legitimate allottees. He assured residents that the LDA remains committed to addressing such grievances with urgency and transparency.
