BHIVE Workspace, a prominent leader in coworking and managed office spaces in India, has announced the acquisition of a prime property in Bengaluru's thriving HAL 2nd Stage area on Old Airport Road, Indiranagar. This strategic collaboration with Century Real Estate aligns with BHIVE's mission to meet the rising demand for premium flexible office solutions while expanding its footprint in the city.
The newly acquired property covers an impressive 39,753 square feet and stands strategically near key landmarks like the Leela Palace Bengaluru and Manipal Hospital. Offering over 1,000 seats, this workspace caters to the diverse needs of startups, small and medium enterprises, and large corporations seeking prestigious office locations. The acquisition underscores BHIVE's focus on delivering exceptional work environments that foster innovation and collaboration.
Valued at INR 3.54 crores, the deal further solidifies BHIVE's investment strategy in acquiring prime locations that deliver both convenience and prestige to its clientele. Shesh Rao Paplikar, Founder and CEO of BHIVE Workspace, expressed excitement about the expansion, highlighting the importance of Old Airport Road as a dynamic hub for innovation and enterprise. In a similar development, BHIVE had leased 77,000 square feet of grade-A office space from Address Maker, a leading real estate developer, at CMH Road, Indiranagar, in September 2024. These expansions are part of BHIVE's broader strategy to establish a presence across six major cities in India by the next financial year, indicating robust growth and an unwavering commitment to its clients. BHIVE Workspace manages 27 branches, offering more than 28,000 seats across 1.8 million square feet in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
