The system features three innovative registration approaches: Office-based Registration, which enhances traditional methods with instant digital delivery; Remote Registration, allowing secure property registration through video conferencing; and Faceless Registration, a continuous service that operates 24/7 without direct official interaction. This initiative aims to streamline the property registration process and improve accessibility for all users.
Sampada 2.0 integrates AI and GIS mapping for accurate property identification, fraud detection, and seamless property record updates. GIS technology ensures precise property mapping and legal accuracy, while video-based KYC provides secure Aadhaar-based identity verification. Citizens receive documents instantly through WhatsApp and email post-registration.
Sampada 2.0 connects with critical databases like Record of Rights (RoR), property tax registers, GSTN, and the Registrar of Companies for real-time data synchronization, eliminating the need for multiple department visits. Payments are processed through an integrated cyber treasury, and ownership records are automatically updated. Digitization of pre-2008 documents is underway, with delivery ensured within three days for non-digitized records.
Sampada 2.0's user-friendly portal democratizes property registration with self-registration features, comprehensive guides, FAQs, and instructional videos, making the process accessible to all citizens. Cyber Tehsil complements Sampada 2.0 by digitizing land mutation processes, eliminating manual interventions. Mutation cases are auto-initiated post-sale, with simple cases resolved within 15-17 days. In 2024, over 2 lakh cases were processed, showcasing public service efficiency.
