Earlier this month, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav inaugurated the state government's ambitious "Sampada-2" project, which will enable e-registration and e-stamping of property documents. During the event, Yadav highlighted that the Digital India Mission, spearheaded by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is now meeting the various needs of the common people like a "Kalpvriksh." He noted that innovations like zero-balance accounts, online transactions, and e-registration have greatly simplified and improved daily life.

Yadav emphasized that the launch of "Sampada-2.0" in Madhya Pradesh, a technology-driven innovation for online document registration, marks a significant milestone in the digital revolution. He confidently stated that this initiative would serve as a model for the rest of the country. In the past, document registration required visiting an office, but with the Sampada-2.0 portal and app, citizens can now access these services from the comfort of their homes.

Chief Minister Yadav launched the "Sampada-2.0" portal and mobile app, developed as part of the new e-registry and e-registration system, during an event at the Kushabhau Thackeray International Convention Center. Aligned with the Prime Minister's vision of promoting ease of living, the "Sampada-2.0" system aims to simplify the registration process, making it more efficient, transparent, and free of corruption.

Citizens will benefit from the enhanced e-registration and e-stamping system, allowing them to sell and register property from home. This system supports online registrations not only within the state but also from outside the state and even abroad. Yadav noted that it will save time and spare citizens from unnecessary fees. He launched the new "Sampada-2.0" software for e-registration and e-stamping and virtually interacted with citizens who have used it from various countries abroad.

The launch of the "Sampada-2.0" project by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav represents a significant advancement in digital governance in Madhya Pradesh. By enabling e-registration and e-stamping of property documents, this initiative enhances convenience, efficiency, and transparency for citizens, aligning with the Digital India Mission. It sets a benchmark for similar projects across the country, promising to transform property transactions.
