The plots available through this process could be used for various business ventures, including warehousing, hotels, group housing, multiplexes, petrol pumps, and hospitals.
In addition to the commercial plots, UPSIDA will also offer industrial plots through the mega e-auction in areas such as Amethi, Amroha, Banda, and Hamirpur, thereby creating additional opportunities for industrial growth and economic development in the state. This initiative is part of the Yogi government's broader strategy to enhance Uttar Pradesh's industrial infrastructure and attract increased investment.
Officials announced that the application process for the mega e-auction commenced last week, stating that the reserve prices for all the plots included in the auction have been established. Interested applicants can place substantial bids to secure these plots. The deadline for paying the catalogue fees, processing fees, and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is October 17, while the final date to submit the application, after completing all required procedures, is October 18. The mega e-auction is set to take place on October 25, during which the plots will be allocated.
