Bollywood producer Sajid Nadiadwala, through his production business Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, has acquired a plot in the affluent Juhu area of Mumbai. The plot, roughly one-fifth of an acre in size, was purchased for Rs 31.30 crore along with additional stamp duty charges. In a separate transaction, Nalin Gupta, the managing director of J Kumar Infraprojects, has paid Rs 50 crores for two adjacent bungalows in Juhu, with a combined built-up size of 5,650 square feet. Juhu continues to be a popular residential destination for Bollywood actors, business leaders, and industrialists.
Sajid Nadiadwala, a Bollywood producer has acquired a plot roughly one-fifth of an acre in Mumbai's affluent Juhu area through his production business Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. According to the records retrieved by Indextap.com, the production business paid Rs 31.30 crore as consideration for the mentioned plot and paid around Rs 1.88 crore as stamp duty charges for the registration of the transaction. The plot was acquired by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment from Portion Trading, and the transaction was recorded on April 6.
Nalin Gupta, the managing director of J Kumar Infraprojects recently paid Rs 50 crores for two adjacent bungalows in the Juhu area. Both bungalows are a part of a housing society and have a combined built-up size of 5,650 square feet. Gupta and his wife Shalini bought the above-mentioned property which is built on a plot of land that is one-fifth of an acre in size. Apart from well-known actors from the Bollywood, Juhu is home to many prominent residents from the business and industrial worlds. Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have recently moved into their residence in Juhu while Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma also shifted to Juhu a while back.
