The proposal, developed under the guidance of LDA vice-chairman Prathamesh Kumar, received approval from the authority's board. This special offer will be available from October 21 to December 31 and will enhance existing discounts. In addition to the direct discounts, buyers will benefit from various incentives for making early payments. Those who pay 90% of the flat's price within 45 days can receive a 6% discount. A 5% discount is available for payments made within 60 days, a 4% discount for payments made within 75 days, and a 3% discount for those who settle within 90 days. This promotional offer is part of the LDA's celebration of its 50th anniversary in December 2024. Discounts are structured according to the flats' price ranges, with INR 1 lakh for properties priced between INR 22 lakh and INR 50 lakh, INR 1.5 lakh for those between INR 50 lakh and INR 75 lakh, and INR 2.5 lakh for flats exceeding INR 75 lakh.
Flats offered under various schemes range from 500 to 1,900 square feet and come in 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK configurations, with prices varying from around INR 23 lakh to INR 1.08 crore. Government employees can secure possession of flats by paying 25% of the total price, while the general public is required to pay 35%. To assist buyers, the prices of these flats will remain unchanged for one year, as approved by the LDA board.
These flats are available in multiple locations, including Gomtinagar, Jankipuram, Priyadarshini (Sitapur Road), Aliganj, Aishbagh, Kanpur Road, Devpur Para, and Sharda Nagar.
