The case has been registered against Sumit Jain, aged 39, who was recently murdered, along with real estate agent Vitthal Baban Nakde (43), Virendra Kadam (24), and Chandrakant Sawant (64).
According to the official, Sawant allegedly posed as the legitimate owner of the land, even though it actually belonged to someone else.
