Signature Global, a leading real estate firm, has signed a contract with Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. worth around INR 1,144 crores for its first high-end residential project, which aims to establish a new standard of luxury living in India. The project, called 'De-luxe DXP', is to be built in Sector 37D, near the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. Ahluwalia Contracts are known for their specialisation in the construction engineering industry.

Vice-President for Signature Global, Lalit Kumar Aggarwal, announced the company's excitement to commence their first luxury project, and expressed that this project reflects the company's aspirations of creating residential areas that bring together luxury and sustainability. The partnership with Ahluwalia Contracts will achieve high standards in terms of design, facilities, and overall quality and create a unique and exceptional living experience for customers.

Aggarwal also highlighted that they received a strong positive response from Non-Resident Indians as well as business professionals during the launch of the project, and each buyer received only one unit, which signals towards a strong demand for this realty venture. Within a few days of the pre-launch, the company recorded presale bookings worth INR 3,600 crores, causing a stir in the Gurugram real-estate market. The project has great access to important locations, making it convenient for residents to travel. It is specifically designed to meet the needs of modern lifestyles, offering a blend of comfort, functionality, and easy accessibility.

The mandated timeline for the project is 5 years, within which the companies expect to complete the project. It will span around 16.65 acres across Sector 37D in Dwarka and will be located near the Dwarka Expressway. Around 8 towers are planned to be constructed, with around 1,008 units across all towers. The buildings will feature 3 bedroom, 3.5 bedroom, 4.5 bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses. The Executive Architect is Design Forum International, Structure expertise from Mahimtura, MEP Consultants from Sanelac, and other architects overlooking the design are AEDAS, with landscape design by Sanju Bose. The sales potential for the project currently stands at an expected 28.12 lakh square feet.

The project has even received an IGBC Gold Rating - signalling the project's excellence in sustainable design and construction.
