The County Group, based in Delhi-NCR, has obtained development rights for a 7.9-acre land parcel in Gurugram for INR 105 crore from Brock Developers Private Limited and Ashiana Landcraft Realty Private Limited, as reported in documents reviewed by the real estate analytics firm CRE Matrix.

The land parcel, situated in village Harsaru, Sector 88A, Gurugram, close to the Dwarka Expressway, has been acquired for development by Perfect Megastructure Private Limited, a subsidiary of the County Group. According to the documents, Perfect Megastructure signed a development agreement with Brock Developers Private Limited and Ashiana Landcraft Realty Private Limited on 9 July 2024. The developer paid INR 2.27 crore in stamp duty for the registration of this agreement.

The County Group intends to develop a luxury residential project on this land parcel. Earlier this year, the Group revealed plans to invest INR 5,000 crore over the next five years in creating the ultra-luxury housing project 'Ivory County' in Noida. Situated in Sector 115 of Noida, close to the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway, the project is projected to have a revenue potential of around INR 7,500 crore.
