The company has inaugurated Phase 1, a 4-acre facility costing INR 40 crore, funded by internal accruals, which will enhance its capacity by 20,000 tonnes annually. Phase 2, recently groundbreaking, will span 6 acres and increase the total capacity by 40,000 tonnes to 200,000 tonnes per year. This phase, covering 200,000 square feet, is expected to be operational in 7-8 months with an investment of INR 57 crore.

In a statement released last week, the company announced the inauguration of the first phase of its new plant located in Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh. This facility boasts state-of-the-art technology and is capable of producing pre-engineered steel structures as well as pre-engineered metal roofing and covering systems.
The company has launched Phase 1 of the plant, which spans 4 acres and represents an investment of INR 40 crore, including the cost of land. This phase, funded through internal accumulations, will boost Interarch's installed capacity by 20,000 tonnes per year.
Interarch has also conducted the groundbreaking ceremony for Phase 2 of the plant, which will cover 6 acres and enhance the company's installed capacity by 40,000 tonnes, bringing the total capacity to 200,000 tonnes per year. Phase 2 will encompass 200,000 square feet and is expected to be operational within the next 7-8 months. This phase is projected to be developed at a cost of INR 57 crore.
