Landmark Group's upcoming projects are located in the thriving micro-markets of Gurugram, such as Dwarka Expressway and New Gurgaon. One of the upcoming projects will be a group housing development along the Dwarka Expressway, while another will be a premium high street project in New Gurgaon. Both these projects are slated for launch by the end of 2024.
Sandeep Chhillar, Chairman and Founder of Landmark Group, stated that the real estate sector in Gurugram has been flourishing, with the city's micro-markets continuing to be the preferred investment destination for residential, retail, and commercial segments. He expressed confidence that the company's project pipeline is well-suited to cater to the growing demand in the region and enhance its product portfolio.
At present, Landmark Group has two ongoing projects in Gurugram. Launched last year, Landmark Avana in Sector 95 is a DDJAY project with 228 floors and 170 plots, spread across 15 acres. The company has already generated a revenue of INR 700 crore from this low-density, high-quality project, which is scheduled for delivery by 2028.
The company's other under-construction project is Landmark Springhomes 81, located in Sector 81, Gurugram. This affordable housing project comprises a total of 694 residential units and 33,000 square feet of commercial space, with a scheduled delivery by December 2024.
Landmark Group has a strong presence across Gurugram, Faridabad, and Kurukshetra, having successfully delivered 15 residential projects, 3 commercial projects, and 2 retail projects.
