Realty firm Trehan IRIS has partnered with Marriott International to manage its upcoming hotel in Greater Noida West, marking the first time the Marriott brand will be introduced in the Noida region. The hotel, named 'Courtyard by Marriott,' will be part of Trehan IRIS's mixed-use project, Iris. The new hotel will provide a high-end experience with features such as two large banquet halls, terraces, a swimming pool with a deck and floating bar, and an all-day dining restaurant with outdoor seating. Separate lifts for guests, banquets, and service, along with distinct drop-off zones for hotel and banquet visitors, will ensure smooth traffic flow. Announced in 2022, the project involves an investment of around INR 400 crore. The Courtyard by Marriott hotel is set to offer 135 rooms and extensive banquet facilities that can accommodate over 2,000 guests. It is expected to be operational by 2027.

Iris Broadway Greno West, designed by UK-based architectural firm Benoy-famous for projects like Ferrari World and Dubai City Walk-is a premium retail-led mixed-use development spanning 3.4 acres. Announced with a 100% lease-based, fully air-conditioned mall, the project features upscale retail outlets, gourmet dining, and modern office spaces. A 25,000 sq ft central atrium, known as the "town square," will include elements like "Golden Petals" and a vertical green landscape. The mall will also feature six large anchor stores, a family leisure centre, dedicated entry and exit points for different zones, and an express escalator exclusively for the food court. Additionally, a high-rise office tower named Omega will be part of the development, adding to its mixed-use appeal.
