RealtyNXT, recently announced it would host the India PropTech Demo Day 2024, set to take place on 10th September at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai. RealtyNXT has cultivated a strong community within the PropTech ecosystem, developing a deep understanding of technological solutions poised to transform the real estate industry. Building on this strong foundation, the India PropTech Demo Day 2024 will stand as a premier event where groundbreaking startups will showcase their solutions to leading decision-makers in the real estate sector. The event has garnered an impressive response, with over 400 startup registrations spanning various technology sectors, including Clean Tech, Smart Tech, Sales and Marketing, Sustainability, AR/VR, Interior Design Tools, and more. These technologies are a key for enhancing innovation and efficiency in real estate projects. The final submission date for startups is 2nd September.
The event will feature a distinguished jury of industry leaders who have successfully integrated technology into their brands. The jury comprises of Mr. Arvind Prithvinath Singh, CTO & Product Officer and Executive VP-IT at Puravankara: Mr. Chintan Sheth, Chairman & Managing Director of Sheth Realty; Mr. Shridhar N., Group Director & CEO of Hiranandani Group; Mr. Vishesh Kaul, CIO & CDO at Prestige Group; and Mr. Vivek Agarwal, Co-founder & CTO of Square Yards. These esteemed jury members will thoroughly evaluate the startups, ensuring that only the most innovative and impactful solutions are featured.
