Robinsons Global Logistics Solutions (RGL) has signed a five-year lease for a 30,000-square-foot Grade-A warehouse with IndoSpace in Bavla, Gujarat, expanding its total warehousing portfolio to over one million square feet across India. Strategically located in an industrial hub with excellent connectivity to key ports and markets, the warehouse will serve sectors such as FMCG, automotive, and e-commerce. RGL CEO Aditya Vazirani highlighted the facility's importance in boosting operational efficiency and sustainability. IndoSpace Vice Chairman Rajesh Jaggi emphasised the partnership's alignment with both companies' goals of delivering high-quality, sustainable logistics infrastructure.
Robinsons Global Logistics Solutions (RGL), a leading third-party logistics provider, has entered into a leasing agreement with IndoSpace for a 30,000-square-foot Grade-A warehouse in Bavla, an industrial hub located in the Ahmedabad district of Gujarat. This strategic five-year lease marks a critical step in RGL's expansion plans, bringing the company's total warehousing capacity to over one million square feet across India, as confirmed in the company's official statement. Strategically located in the industrial heartland of Bavla, this state-of-the-art warehouse will optimise operations for clients across various sectors, including FMCG, automotive, retail, e-commerce, and edtech.
The new warehouse further emphasises RGL's focus on integrating advanced infrastructure with sustainable practices, ensuring that the company continues to meet the growing demands of various industries while prioritising environmental responsibility. Aditya Vazirani, CEO of RGL, emphasised the importance of this new warehouse in strengthening the company's presence in Gujarat and along India's western coastline. He explained that the facility would enable RGL to meet its clients' needs with greater precision and reliability, reinforcing the company's commitment to delivering top-tier logistics solutions.
Vazirani also highlighted that this investment is a transformative step for both its B2B and B2C clientele, as RGL continues to focus on creating value through efficiency and sustainability, a priority since its inception. The warehouse in Bavla is part of an industrial and logistics park that spans 50 acres of land and is located in close proximity from Changodar, Ahmedabad's largest and most sought-after industrial zone. Its strategic location offers seamless access to key ports, including Kandla and Mundra, situated approximately 300-350 kilometres away.
This connectivity ensures multi-modal transportation options to major consumption markets in neighbouring states such as Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh, enhancing the facility's logistical reach and making it a vital asset for RGL's operations.
