Prithviraj Sukumaran's production company, Prithviraj Productions Limited, has recently acquired a duplex in the upscale Pali Hill area of Mumbai, an area popular among Bollywood stars. The apartment, which measures almost 3,000 square feet, was purchased for around INR 30.6 crore. Property registration documents obtained through SquareYards confirm the details of the acquisition.

The duplex, covering 2,970 square feet, is situated in a building called Narain Terraces in Pali Hill, Bandra. This housing society offers ready-to-move-in apartments with configurations of 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and 5 BHK. The flat purchased by Prithviraj Sukumaran also comes with four parking spaces, as confirmed by the documents. The transaction was registered recently, with a stamp duty of around INR 1.84 crore and a registration fee of INR 30,000 paid. Additionally, Prithviraj and his wife, Supriya Menon, already own a luxury apartment in Pali Hill valued at approximately INR 17 crore.

Prithviraj Sukumaran has appeared in films like "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan" and "Aadujeevitham" (The Goat Life). The Goat Life is a Malayalam survival drama set to release in 2024. It is written, directed, and co-produced by Blessy and represents an international collaboration between companies from India and the United States. The film adapts the 2008 best-selling Malayalam novel "Aadujeevitham" by Benyamin, which is based on the real-life story of Najeeb, a Malayali immigrant labourer in the Gulf, as reported. Many celebrities have also made investments in the Bandra West area, including Ranveer Singh, Tripti Dimri, KL Rahul, and Athiya Shetty.

Apco Infratech Private Limited, which focuses on infrastructure projects nationwide, recently acquired a stunning sea-view triplex apartment for approximately INR 155 crore in Mumbai's Pali Hill area. This expansive triplex, covering 9,527 square feet of carpet area, occupies the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors of a development called The Legend, which is being constructed by Black Rock, a subsidiary of the Ashar Group. In 2023, the company announced plans to build this luxury project on the site that previously held Dilip Kumar's bungalow.

Pali Hill is a prestigious neighbourhood where numerous Bollywood stars and high-net-worth individuals have invested in homes. Local brokers indicate that the price per square foot for luxury properties in the area starts at around INR 1 lakh and can go even higher. Recently, Pali Hill gained attention when cricketer KL Rahul and his wife, Athiya Shetty, the daughter of actor Suniel Shetty, purchased an apartment for INR 20 crore on July 15. In addition to being the former location of Dilip Kumar's bungalow, Pali Hill has housed many Bollywood legends, including the late Sunil and Nargis Dutt, Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Singh, Gulzar, Imran Khan, Aamir Khan, and Sanjay Dutt, among others.

The recent real estate activities in Pali Hill highlight the area's enduring appeal among celebrities and affluent buyers. With Apco Infratech's substantial investment in a luxurious triplex, alongside high-profile purchases by personalities like KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty, it's clear that Pali Hill continues to be a prime destination for upscale living. The combination of stunning views, a prestigious address, and a rich cultural legacy makes this neighbourhood a coveted choice for those seeking both luxury and a connection to Bollywood's storied past. As demand grows, Pali Hill's status as a premium residential area remains secure.
