The apartment, which measures almost 3,000 square feet, was purchased for around INR 30.6 crore. Property registration documents obtained through SquareYards confirm the details of the acquisition.
The duplex, covering 2,970 square feet, is situated in a building called Narain Terraces in Pali Hill, Bandra. This housing society offers ready-to-move-in apartments with configurations of 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and 5 BHK. The flat purchased by Prithviraj Sukumaran also comes with four parking spaces, as confirmed by the documents. The transaction was registered recently, with a stamp duty of around INR 1.84 crore and a registration fee of INR 30,000 paid. Additionally, Prithviraj and his wife, Supriya Menon, already own a luxury apartment in Pali Hill valued at approximately INR 17 crore.
