CREDAI-MCHI, the leading association of real estate developers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), will host the EODR exhibition this Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm at the Jio Convention Centre, Jasmine Hall. By providing housing societies with a unique opportunity to engage directly with top developers and Project Management Consultants (PMCs), the EODR expo seeks to unite key players while streamlining and accelerating the redevelopment process.
The exhibition, supported by prestigious government organizations such as the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), and the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), promises to serve as a comprehensive guide for housing societies navigating the complex landscape of redevelopment.
Mr. Dhaval Ajmera, Secretary of CREDAI-MCHI, stated, "Redevelopment is crucial for revitalizing Mumbai's aging infrastructure. More than 40 well-known developers-including Rustomjee, Adani Realty, Kolte Patil, Puravankara, Raymond Realty, Kalpataru Limited, and The Ashar Group-as well as experts in redevelopment will be present at the EODR exhibition. Housing society members will have a rare opportunity to interact with professionals, express their concerns, and explore viable redevelopment solutions-all in one place. Over 500 housing societies in the MMR have already registered to participate.
