Table Space has acquired 500,000 square feet of office space at Kalyani Camellia in Whitefield, Bengaluru, for approximately INR 500 crore. President Kunal Mehra confirmed the acquisition, noting that it is the company's second owned property in its portfolio. While Mehra acknowledged the deal, he did not disclose its exact value. CBRE facilitated the transaction but declined to comment.
This is the company's second owned asset, following the earlier acquisition of Panchshil Towers in Kharadi, Pune, which covers over 900,000 square feet. Mehra emphasised that Bengaluru is Table Space's most developed and crucial market, accounting for 46% of its total revenue and expected to continue being the largest growth area. He also highlighted that Table Space is a leading provider of enterprise workspace solutions and excels in offering managed workspace services.
